  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Rescued Rumps only ships within the USA, items will only be shipped to the address used on the Paypal account no exceptions! (please double check your address on Paypal, it is your responsibility to make sure this is correct!) Rescued Rumps is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items while in transit from the mail courier. If you prefer to be covered, please purchase insurance at check out.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Custom products usually take 2-3 weeks
    In stock items ship within 2 business days.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping is not currently available.

  • Quality of Products

    Each cloth diaper is handmade in Buckeye, AZ and inspected prior being shipped I do my best to keep consist however, I am humans and not a machine so please allow for minor differences in each item. No two items will ever be identical. Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving it before washing. We do not allow refunds unless there is an obvious defect or an issue with the quality of workmanship. You have 7 days to contact Rescued Rumps (from time tracking shows “Delivered”) with pictures of the issue Rescued Rumps will remedy the situation as we see fit. We will fix the problem if applicable, send out a replacement or issue a refund for the item. In this case, Rescued Rumps will pay any shipping costs that may be incurred. Note, again this is only applies within the first 7 days from confirmed delivery date of the item and only on unused and unwashed items. If there is any issue, please give us the courtesy of trying to resolve it before leaving feedback.

  • Guarantees

    Broken Snaps: If within the first 90 days of normal use there are any issues with snaps, elastics or popping of threads, Rescued Rumps will be happy to fix these issues and will cover any associated shipping costs. After 90 days of normal use Rescued Rumps will replace any broken snaps (as long as you are the original buyer, proof of purchase required.) return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Fabric: I do not guarantee any fabric. I do my best to pick top quality materials and fabrics but, can never be certain after frequent washes/uses. Certain fabrics may fade, pill, tear, snag, fray or stretch more than others. I can not predict the nature of each fabric. This is why it is important to properly care for your Rescued Rumps. Please follow the recommended care instructions (below)

  • Care Instructions

    Machine wash for best results~
    Dump solid waste, (breast bed poo does not need to be dumped it is water soluble).
    Store in a DRY pail.
    Rinse in cold water no detergent, this is important it will help with from stains setting in your diapers.
    Hot wash using recommended about of cloth diaper detergent (use less for HE machines)
    Final rinse in cold water.
    Tumble dry soaker on medium heat and LINE DRY the outer diaper to avoid shrinkage, line drying will also sanitizes and removes stains while saving energy. Wear, love, wash, repeat...

    To help prevent ammonia build up, it's recommended to wash your diapers at a minimum of 2 days after use.

    Rescued Rumps approved detergents: we recommend cloth diaper friendly detergent such as Ruby Moon, Laundry Tarts, Rockin' Green, Eco Nuts, Lulu's Glamour Wash or Eco Sprouts.

    Do not use….Bleach, Additives, Fabric Softener or Dryers Sheets: these will cause build issues & your diapers end up repelling liquid, this and unapproved diaper cream are enemies to cloth diapers
    however, you are welcome to use unscented WOOL dryer balls to soften your soakers.

    Do not Iron or Steam your diapers, some diaper contain a hidden layer of water proof lining (PUL) and it could melt causing issues with the performance of your Rescued Rump.

    HE Machine Tricks:

    If you have an HE machine, I recommend manually adding water or *tricking* your washing machine into thinking it needs to add more water. HE machines are considered HE because they use less water and well water is cloth diapers best friend. To do this, either manually fill the machine with cups of water or saturate a towel and throw it in with your diapers.

    Rescued Rumps uses Organic Bamboo Fleece &/or Velour and it will likely take about 8-10 washes to gain maximum absorbency.

    Diaper Cream is a cloth diaper no no!! There are only a handful of diaper creams I would recommend using with cloth: coconut oil, CJ's Butter, or Grandma El's.

    *wipe clean with warm water
    *do not submerge wood in water
    *rinse & air dry
    *you can seal with food grade oil
    (almond oil, coconut oil, olive oil, grape seed oil)

    *Give baby these natural, smoothly sanded, unfinished wood
    teethers knowing they are non toxic & safe for your children.

    *Recommended for ages 0-2 years.

    WASH IN WARM WATER BEFORE USE. Avoid exposure to chemicals, soaps and other cleaning products at all times. Take off while in the bath, shower, pool or swimming. To clean your Inspired By Finn Baltic Amber necklace wipe the beads with a damp cloth or rinse in warm water. Dry with clean cloth. AVOID hot water and excessive heating / sunlight. This will make the beads & thread become brittle. WARNING SMALL PARTS ‐ Supervise children under the age of 3.

    Safety Information
    Inspired by Finn baltic amber product is designed to be worn not chewed. Always supervise children when wearing the necklace or bracelet. Remove the necklace or bracelet when the child is unattended even if it is for a short time. Remove the necklace or bracelet while the child sleeps.
    Contact us or seek medical advice if you have any concerns about your child’s health and wellbeing. Each necklace is knotted between each bead meaning if the necklace is broken only one bead will come off. The special clasp will also release if too much pressure is applied.
